Most DMCs work through supplier networks — vetted vendors with standard rates, standard offerings, standard programs. The results are professional and predictable. They're also available to any DMC with the right contacts list.

What I offer is different because it rests on relationships that are personal, not transactional. The olive farm where the group has dinner is my family's farm. The woman who teaches the pasta workshop is someone I've known for a decade. The private palazzo that becomes the closing night venue is accessible because of trust built over years, not because it's on a supplier list.

For the right group, this is the difference between a well-organized trip and an experience that's genuinely impossible to replicate.
